• You actively support the plant manager and ensure that organisational processes run smoothly
• You are responsible for coordinating appointments and maintaining an overview at all times
• You are responsible for organising training and conference meetings and implementing them professionally
• You prepare strategic decisions in a structured manner, so that targeted implementation is possible
• You contribute your expertise to project management and promote clear progress
• You actively organise efficient interface management and thus facilitate cooperation between different departments

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in a similar position and use your knowledge in a targeted manner in your day-to-day work
• Analysis, design and optimisation of business processes are among your strengths and you have the relevant practical experience
• you are confident in working with the SAP system and use it routinely
• good written and spoken German skills enable you to communicate precisely and understand work instructions
• you are characterised by reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working
• you also have a valid work permit
