For our client, a large company in the energy industry in Berlin, we are looking for you as an assistant (m/f/d) to the division manager as part of the direct placement.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the timely and and needs-based creation of reservations for the efficient provision of all required materials for your external subcontractors in day-to-day operations
  • In addition, you are responsible for the creation and consistent tracking of purchase requisitions to ensure sustainable project-related inventories and general stock levels
  • You also oversee the review of open reservations and returns using dashboards and coordinate internal and external communication to clarify all relevant items
  • The review and processing of warranty claims against suppliers is also one of your tasks, communicating closely with the specialist departments and external partners involved
  • as part of your role, you will support the optimisation of material flows by proactively monitoring ordering processes and documenting all materials management processes in SAP in detail
  • finally, you will be responsible for professional correspondence with suppliers and ensure a smooth supply of materials for all ongoing projects through your diligent working methods


Requirements

  • You have completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d) or forwarding and logistics clerk (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in materials management or warehouse logistics and are ideally already very familiar with the specific requirements of the energy industry
  • You have a sound knowledge of the IT applications SAP MM and the common MS Office programmes.applications SAP MM and the common MS Office programmes characterise you and enable you to work efficiently on your daily tasks
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German as well as a clear way of expressing yourself for internal and external communication with all project participants

  • You have a valid work permit for the German labour market and a permanent residence in Germany, to ensure an immediate and smooth start in the company
