Job description
- As an assistant to the division manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for actively supporting the development of the new division structure
- Your area of responsibility is professional office management with all the associated assistance tasks, as well as general office organisation
- Your daily tasks will include the competent execution of internal and external correspondence using MS Office 365 programs such as OneNote and Teams
- You will manage and maintain digital files
- You will prepare and create PowerPoint presentations
- You will organise meetings, video conferences and other events such as trade fair appearances
- You will be responsible for the preparation and creation of PowerPoint presentations

Requirements
- You have completed commercial training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), office communication assistant (m/f/d), office clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You can score points with several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You have the ability to adapt to changing work situations and different contact persons
- You have very secure user knowledge of MS Office 365, to adapt to changing work situations and different contact persons
- You have very good user skills in MS Office 365 and generally have a high affinity for IT in the use of new software applications
- You are a real organisational talent, have strong social skills and enjoy working in a dynamic team
- Good written and spoken German skills round off your profile
