Job description

  • You will provide comprehensive support to your division manager and the entire team with all administrative issues and organisational challenges in the varied day-to-day work
  • In addition, you will be responsible for creating high-quality presentations and reports according to templates and, if required, prepare extensive Excel files for content-related topics in a professional manner
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for general correspondence, the processing of e-mails as well as all secretarial activities in the front and back office and independently create orders for your department
  • Planning demanding international trips and organising complex workshops and visits from internal and external colleagues are also part of your daily tasks
  • As part of your job, you will support the manager in dynamic calendar management and efficiently coordinate all business appointments for the entire team, taking priorities into account

Requirements

  • You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or foreign language correspondent (m/f/d) as well as specialised further training as a certified management assistant (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have many years of relevant professional experience as an assistant at management level and are absolutely confident in dealing professionally with management at all hierarchical levels
  • Your confident knowledge of common MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint characterise you as a competent contact person for all administrative matters
  • German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as fluent English skills for daily communication with your international colleagues and business partners:and business partners characterise you
  • You have a valid work permit and residence in Germany, to be able to carry out the activities without legal restrictions and ideally already have some Siemens Energy experience
