Job description

  • In the planning, organisation and implementation of projects, you will provide reliable support to project management
  • you will carefully draw up service specifications and thus contribute to structured project management
  • you will conscientiously carry out project calculations and keep an eye on costs and expenditure
  • you will independently coordinate the timely processing of maintenance and service orders
  • you will efficiently and service orders on time
  • You coordinate our service staff efficiently and ensure optimal scheduling
  • General office tasks such as correspondence, data maintenance and filing
  • You actively participate in the optimisation of internal processes and the introduction of new systems
  • You organise training and instruction in the area of occupational health and safety in a structured manner
  • As an interface between management, employees and external partners, you ensure clear communication
  • You independently and responsibly manage your own smaller projects

Requirements

  • You have completed training in the commercial sector, in the area of scheduling, a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
  • you have sound knowledge of project work
  • you are confident in applying your knowledge of office management and organisational processes
  • you are experienced in using good MS Office skills
  • you are characterised by a high level of motivation and commitment as well as reliability
  • you have a confident and engaging manner, positive charisma and good manners
  • as a strong communicator, you impress with your ability to grasp things quickly and your independent and structured way of working
  • customer-oriented work, accuracy, diligence, reliability and a sense of responsibility round off your profile
