• You will be responsible for the cross-site implementation and structured roll-out of the specialised occupational health and safety software AUDITOR plus, with a clear focus on Germany
• In addition, you will be responsible for the independent design, creation and ongoing maintenance of all organisational structures in close coordination with the specialist departments
• Furthermore, you will oversee the precise definition, coordination of content and transparent communication of all relevant role profiles within the AUDITOR plus system
• Developing a comprehensive guide to master data maintenance and managing global and local templates will also form part of your day-to-day tasks
• As part of your role, you will support the seamless integration and linking of all existing business units with regard to statutory training and occupational health examinations
• Furthermore, by specifically developing informative dashboards and regular reports, you will support managers in making effective use of the system
• Finally, you will be responsible for providing expert training to users and managers, including the independent creation and provision of practical training materials

• You have successfully completed further training to become a Specialist in Organisation (m/f/d) following an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) or an IT Systems Business Administrator (m/f/d)
• You also have sound practical experience in the administration and support of the specialised occupational health and safety software AUDITOR plus, and are willing to travel
• Your solid knowledge of standard MS Officeapplications, as well as your strong affinity for modern IT systems, set you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have business-level proficiency in spoken and written German, as well as a clean criminal record, for this position of responsibility
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a very high degree of initiative, a strong service-oriented approach and a consistently structured way of working
• Finally, you are an excellent communicator, work completely independently and demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills in all tasks
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
