• You will carry out work on vehicle technical systems as well as attachments and superstructures on commercial vehicles in a professional manner
• In doing so, you fit vehicles with vehicle electronics systems and optional extras as required
• You also adapt vehicle electronic components, install them in and on commercial vehicles, and carry out their maintenance
• You carry out professional repairs, including work on the vehicle’s electrical system, independently and reliably
• Through quality controls and functional tests, you ensure that you meet the specified requirements
• You will accurately diagnose faults in the electrical system and then carry out the appropriate repairs
• Your responsibilities also include configuring control units and sensors for the respective vehicle body

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electrician (m/f/d), automotive electrician (m/f/d), automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), agricultural machinery mechatronics technician (m/f/d), telecommunications technician (m/f/d), communications electrician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have several years’ relevant professional experience as well as in-depth knowledge of electrical engineering or automotive electrical systems
• Ideally, you will also have knowledge of control unit networking as well as automotive electrical and electronic systems
• You are confident in reading and drawing circuit diagrams and also have experience in circuit construction
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold a valid work permit
• You also hold a Class B driving licence
• You work independently and in a customer-focused manner, and demonstrate analytical and solution-oriented thinking
