• You will carry out repairs and maintenance work on lorries, coaches, semi-trailers, trailers and vans
• Using modern diagnostic systems, you will carry out fault diagnostics on the vehicles
• You will rectify any faults and malfunctions identified professionally and independently
• You will carry out servicing and maintenance work in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications
• You will inspect and, where necessary, replace electrical, electronic and mechanical components
• You will inspect and repair brake, engine and chassis components
• You will document the work carried out and draw up the relevant test reports
• Where necessary, you carry out test drives to check that the vehicles are in good working order
• You ensure that the tools and diagnostic equipment used are properly maintained and looked after
