• You will fit specified optional equipment, such as rear-axle air suspension, retarders (wear-free continuous braking systems) or low-floor exhaust systems, into new vehicles
• You assemble comparable sub-assemblies in accordance with order specifications and assembly documentation
• Following installation, you activate and programme the fitted systems in accordance with the relevant order specifications
• You carry out functional analyses independently using checklists
• You systematically check all fitted components for mechanical and electrical functionality
• In doing so, you use modern diagnostic systems for troubleshooting and testing
• You will professionally dismantle reusable parts, such as temporary transport or attachment components
• You will store the dismantled parts in an orderly manner in the designated area

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), commercial vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, you may already have gained relevant professional experience in the automotive sector
• You have a technical understanding of mechanical and electrical assemblies
• Your profile includes a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit
• You work meticulously and in a structured manner, following checklists and assembly instructions
• You are characterised by your ability to work independently and reliably
