• You will provide technical and organisational leadership to the workshop team and ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly
• You will also plan, coordinate and monitor workshop orders, taking into account deadlines, capacities and qualifications, and ensure efficient capacity utilisation
• You will ensure the high quality of workshop work through structured final inspections as well as functional and safety tests and support the fitters:
• You analyse productivity and performance, initiate measures to optimise processes and results and develop standards that have a measurable impact
• Maintain leadership and training tasks, promote junior staff and keep the team up to date with the latest technical developments, are your responsibility
• you ensure order, safety and cleanliness in the workshop and guarantee compliance with legal regulations and internal specifications
• you reliably process warranty, goodwill and guarantee cases, provide support with complaints and work closely with Service and Sales to resolve customer concerns quickly

• You have completed training as a car mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) and successfully completed further training as a master car mechanic (m/f/d), but this is not a requirement
• You have several years of experience in the workshop environment and combine sound technical know-how with a clear quality standard
• Good written and spoken German skills characterise you
• You work in a structured, organised and solution-oriented manner, organised and solution-oriented and keep track of deadlines, priorities and resources even when workloads are high
