• You order and organise spare parts and accessories
• You check incoming goods and put goods into and out of stock
• You supply the workshop with spare parts
• You advise the workshop and customers by telephone and in person
• You process returns and warranty parts
• You check stock levels and maintain the warehouse
• You will work with modern DMS and manufacturer systems
• You will work closely with service advisers and the workshop

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable commercial and technical apprenticeship
• Several years’ professional experience in the parts and accessories warehouse of a car dealership is strongly preferred
• You have a good knowledge of automotive spare parts for various vehicle models
• You have good IT skills
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• You work independently, in a structured manner and are reliable
• You are a team player and have a friendly manner
