- In this role, you will monitor the quality of cable harness installation in vehicles along the production line
- You will document and report quality defects so that they can be analysed and resolved swiftly by the central department and the plant
- You will handle customer enquiries and forward them to the relevant departments
- You will be responsible for handling complaints in accordance with the 8D process
- You will also assist with inspection and sorting operations, as well as with the implementation of corrective measures directly at the customer’s site
Requirements
- You have experience in the automotive sector and in quality assurance (inspection, rework, processing)
- Experience with wiring harnesses or vehicle electrical systems is an advantage, but not essential
- Manual dexterity or technical training will be an asset
- You have the ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of Excel for documentation purposes is a given for you
- German language skills at least at B1 level (communication within the team, understanding instructions and safety briefings) and a valid work permit are part of your profile
