• You will take delivery of vehicles together with our customers
• You will plan workshop capacity and organise workload and the allocation of jobs
• You will record orders and capture detailed data relating to them
• You will provide our customers with binding price and delivery date commitments
• You will coordinate the fitting of optional extras on new vehicles in consultation with the sales team and our customers
• You organise payment approvals and order extensions
• You clarify technical queries by contacting the manufacturers for technical support

• a successfully completed technical or commercial-technical vocational qualification, for example as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), commercial vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d), passenger car/commercial vehicle mechanic (m/f/d) or automotive salesperson (m/f/d) with further training to become a master mechanic for passenger cars/commercial vehicles (m/f/d), you have
• professional experience in workshop reception, the service department or customer advisory roles, ideally in the commercial vehicle sector
• you are confident using standard Office programmes
• you have a good command of spoken and written German as well as valid work permits
• you are characterised by an independent and customer-focused approach to work as well as strong communication skills
