• You plan and initiate material orders for production
• To ensure production runs smoothly, you ensure the availability of the required materials and components
• You monitor existing stock levels and optimise them as required
• In consultation with suppliers, you clarify delivery dates, quantities and terms
• You coordinate with internal departments to ensure processes remain efficient
• You prepare and analyse MRP reports and evaluate them
• You identify potential material shortages at an early stage and develop appropriate solutions
• You maintain order and stock data in the ERP system and keep it up to date
• You track delivery delays and discrepancies and implement corrective measures where necessary

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d), Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or Technical Systems Planner (m/f/d)
• You have some initial professional experience in planning, ideally within the automotive industry
• You have knowledge of materials management and logistics
• You are confident using MS Office and have already gained experience with ERP systems
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You hold a driving licence
• You possess analytical thinking skills and a structured, independent approach to work
• You are flexible, a team player and a strong communicator
• Reliability, organisational skills and a strong sense of responsibility round off your profile
