Job description

  • You will take on classic office tasks and support your team in day-to-day operations to ensure that administrative processes run smoothly throughout the department
  • In addition, you will be responsible for correspondence, structured filing and conscientious organisation of appointments, to ensure that all deadlines and appointments are always reliably met
  • Furthermore, you will look after all contacts both by telephone and in writing and act as a friendly and competent contact person for all incoming enquiries and concerns
  • Support with general administrative projects is also part of your tasks, whereby your structured way of working will make a significant contribution to relieving your colleagues:
  • As part of your job, you will support data entry in the system and ensure high data quality within our internal company databases through your careful working methods
  • Finally, you will be responsible for preparing meetings and receiving guests, thus ensuring a professional external image of our modern company towards third parties

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), dialogue marketing clerk (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have several years of professional experience in the office or in the commercial sector and are very familiar with the typical administrative processes
  • You have a good knowledge of the common MS-Office applications characterise you and enable you to efficiently process all digital tasks and daily correspondence
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German and a clear manner of expression for daily communication with our customers and partners:and partners
  • Furthermore, you have a valid class B car driving licence, as our client's location can only be reached to a very limited extent by public transport
  • Finally, you are resilient and work independently and in a structured manner in order to always maintain an overview of your diverse tasks even with an increased workload
