• You process all relevant tasks relating to garnishments and third-party debtor declarations and ensure correct processing
• In addition, you keep an eye on deadlines and resubmissions and ensure that they are processed on time
• You monitor legal requirements and internal resubmissions and ensure compliance

• You have commercial training, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) in banking or in the legal field
• Experience in back office, customer service or administration is desirable
• You are confident in monitoring deadlines and resubmissions
• You approach your tasks in a reliable and structured manner and work carefully
