• You make bread, rolls, baked goods from puff pastry, shortcrust pastry or yeast dough, cakes, desserts, party pastries and small dishes
• you also weigh and measure the ingredients precisely and mix them together according to the recipe
• you closely monitor the dough formation and proofing processes and load the ovens
• you glaze or garnish the finished baked goods, ensuring an appealing appearance

• Ideally, you already have experience in operating ovens
• Your written and spoken German is good and enables you to communicate confidently
• A class B driving licence and your own car will make it easier for you to get to work
• An energetic and reliable way of working and a valid work permit round off your profile
