• You will independently carry out clinical chemistry and endocrinology analyses using state-of-the-art automated equipment, whilst adhering to internal process and quality guidelines
• You will also be responsible for applying advanced methods such as electrochemiluminescence, photometric tests and ion-selective electrode technology in day-to-day laboratory operations
• Furthermore, you will independently maintain the analytical instruments and workstations and ensure they remain operational at all times within the shift system
• Your responsibilities also include the technical interpretation of results and their careful documentation using laboratory-specific software
• As part of your role, you will assist with the performance of manual tests in the virology and haemostaseology departments, in accordance with current standards
• Furthermore, you will support your colleagues in interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure the high quality of laboratory diagnostics for patients
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and for supporting the team during shift, Saturday and public holiday shifts in accordance with the set rota

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a medical laboratory technologist (m/f/d), a biological laboratory assistant (m/f/d) or a chemical laboratory assistant (m/f/d)
• ideally, you also have practical work experience in a medical laboratory setting, although motivated career starters are also welcome
• your solid knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications and laboratory-specific software enables you to work in a reliable and structured manner
• You have native-level written and spoken German and, where required, demonstrate English language skills for professional communication with international clients
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of commitment and strong communication skills, to provide clients with outstanding laboratory support
• Finally, you are a team player and work in a structured manner, and you are willing to work a rolling shift pattern between 7.00 and 21.30
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
