Job description

  • You will independently carry out clinical chemistry and endocrinology analyses using state-of-the-art automated equipment, whilst adhering to internal process and quality guidelines
  • You will also be responsible for applying advanced methods such as electrochemiluminescence, photometric tests and ion-selective electrode technology in day-to-day laboratory operations
  • Furthermore, you will independently maintain the analytical instruments and workstations and ensure they remain operational at all times within the shift system
  • Your responsibilities also include the technical interpretation of results and their careful documentation using laboratory-specific software
  • As part of your role, you will assist with the performance of manual tests in the virology and haemostaseology departments, in accordance with current standards
  • Furthermore, you will support your colleagues in interdisciplinary collaboration and ensure the high quality of laboratory diagnostics for patients
