• In this role, you will professionally restore classic wooden boats
• You will carry out repairs and build new boats using wood and composite materials
• You will fabricate and fit components, as well as carrying out repair work
• Hauling out, storage, maintenance and upkeep of customers’ boats are part of your day-to-day work
• You provide expert guidance to a team of people with mental health conditions on typical tasks
• You actively foster a respectful working environment and implement the violence prevention policy in day-to-day practice

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a boat builder (m/f/d)
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in traditional and modern wooden boat building
• You have a good grasp of basic IT skills and are confident using standard application software
• You enjoy helping to shape work processes, whilst working within regular shift hours
• You are a team player with strong communication skills and excellent organisational abilities
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, and a valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
