• You will take charge of the technical and organisational management of the store team and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
• You will also be responsible for ensuring that merchandise is attractively displayed in line with visual guidelines and for actively promoting sales on the shop floor
• You will also attend to customers’ individual requests and ensure a first-class shopping experience by providing expert advice
• Analysing relevant key performance indicators is also part of your role, as is the targeted implementation of measures to achieve the branch’s targets
• As part of your role, you will support needs-based staff scheduling, taking into account working time regulations and customer footfall
• Furthermore, you will support the smooth running of the warehouse and the meticulous handling of goods receipts and stock-takes
• Finally, you will be responsible for the proper management of the till system, including all accounting procedures, and will represent your store convincingly to the outside world

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a retail sales assistant (m/f/d), Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) or Sales Assistant (m/f/d)
• you also have solid professional experience in the retail sector, as well as some experience in leading or deputising for a team
• You stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of common till systems and your confidence in using MS Office and modern stock management systems
• Your business-fluent written and spoken German supports you in your day-to-day communication with customers
• Furthermore, you bring a keen passion for fashion and a strong focus on meeting customers’ needs
• Finally, you have strong organisational skills and always work in a goal-oriented and independent manner, with a motivating and positive attitude
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
