• You will have overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Arnbach branch and for ensuring that all operational targets are achieved in a sustainable manner
• You will also be responsible for independently managing stock levels, optimising stock planning and maintaining open and trusting communication with all relevant suppliers
• Furthermore, you will oversee the specialist picking of orders and continuously optimise all processes relating to packaging, dispatch and adherence to delivery deadlines
• Your duties will also include actively working on and representing the cutting line, including carrying out precise cutting tasks and quality checks independently
• As part of your role, you will support effective communication between the head office and the branch to ensure clear coordination of all key performance indicators
• Furthermore, you will support the existing team of around ten staff members through empathetic leadership, proactive staff scheduling and targeted training initiatives
• Finally, you will be responsible for the consistent implementation of process optimisation measures, strict compliance with all health and safety standards, and regular reporting

• You have successfully completed further training as a Logistics Supervisor (m/f/d) following an apprenticeship as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or Warehouse Operator (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ relevant professional experience in the fields of warehouse logistics or production, as well as some demonstrable experience in team management
• Your confident use of standard MS Office applications enables you to handle all relevant warehouse processes and reports on a daily basis
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, enabling you to communicate effectively within the team and with head office
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of organisational skill and strong communication skills to your daily interactions with internal colleagues
• Finally, you are characterised by a goal-oriented approach to work and impress with your strong hands-on approach in your day-to-day work on the shop floor
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
