• You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates and quotations for projects in the field of building services engineering (TGA) as well as for refurbishment works
• You will carefully review and assess tenders, specifications and client requirements
• You will calculate labour, materials and subcontractor costs for the respective projects
• You will consistently follow up on quotations and assist with the preparation of supplementary cost estimates
• You will obtain quotations from external service providers and suppliers and evaluate them in terms of costs and terms and conditions
• Working closely with Sales, Procurement, Engineering and operational departments, you will ensure consistent project costing
• You prepare costing results and document them in a transparent manner for internal and external coordination
• You monitor market prices and cost structures in order to prepare realistic and competitive quotations

• You have a degree in civil engineering

qualification

• you have

experience in cost estimation for building services, facilities management or construction projects

• Furthermore, you can read technical drawings and work from them
• you have acquired good knowledge of RIB iTWO and are proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel
• A basic knowledge of German, both spoken and written, is one of your strengths
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, commitment, reliability and a proactive, confident approach to your work are your hallmarks
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
