• You will work with our clients to develop projects and concepts in the field of building construction
• You will be responsible for preparing the overall tender and coordinating the tendering process
• You will accurately calculate quantities and draw up detailed bills of quantities
• You will take part in contract negotiations and be responsible for awarding contracts
• Co-ordination and support during implementation and construction management are also part of your responsibilities

• You have a degree in civil engineering (m/f/d), or have completed an apprenticeship as a draughtsman (m/f/d) or bricklayer (m/f/d)
• Professional experience is an advantage, ideally in cost estimation or site management
• You have knowledge of contract and construction law
• Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team are second nature to you
