• You will develop sound concepts for a wide range of building construction projects, taking all relevant specifications into account
• You will plan complex building construction projects independently and comprehensively in accordance with HOAI service phases 1 to 9
• You will be responsible for project management and project control across all AHO project stages 1 to 5
• You will carefully select suitable service providers and external partners and manage them in day-to-day operations
• You continuously monitor project progress and oversee the quality, deadlines and budgets of all ongoing activities
• You coordinate all relevant departments and external interfaces to ensure the long-term success of the project
• You will create and maintain plans, project files and documentation using CAD software and MS Office
• In doing so, you will ensure compliance with the relevant technical regulations and specifications

• You have a degree in civil engineering (m/f/d) or architecture (m/f/d) with in-depth specialist knowledge of complex building construction
• You have extensive practical professional experience in independently managing and overseeing complex building construction projects in accordance with HOAI and AHO
• You have in-depth knowledge of the relevant technical regulations
• You are confident in using standard CAD software and MS Office
• Your written and spoken German is business-fluent, ensuring smooth communication with all stakeholders
• You are characterised by a high degree of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
• You hold a valid Class B driving licence
• A valid work permit and a permanent residence in Germany round off your profile
