• You will draw up preliminary, detailed and installation plans for building construction, with a focus on precast construction
• You will independently plan and design precast concrete elements such as walls, floors, staircases and balconies
• You will prepare production documentation for the manufacture of precast elements
• You will produce detailed structural drawings precisely in accordance with technical specifications
• You will work closely with architects, structural engineers and project managers to coordinate planning details
• You will create and edit structural drawings using the Allplan CAD software
• You will check and update plans in the course of design changes and coordination
• You check dimensions, reinforcement and technical details for accuracy and feasibility
• You document the status of the plans and make them available to the project partners involved

• You have completed a training programme as a draughtsman (m/f/d), ideally specialising in building construction
• Experience in precast design or solid construction would be an advantage
• You have a sound knowledge of CAD software, particularly Allplan
• You are characterised by your technical understanding and spatial awareness
• A good command of German is part of your profile
• A precise and meticulous approach to your work comes naturally to you
