• You are responsible for construction supervision on behalf of the clerks
• You are also responsible for investigating administrative offences in accordance with the state building regulations
• You are also responsible for temporary buildings in accordance with Section 76 of the state building regulations

• You have completed training as a state-certified construction technician (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• Your way of working is independent and structured, and you are also characterised by negotiating skills, organisational skills, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure and deal with conflict
• you are confident with MS Office products
• you have knowledge of building regulations law and construction technology
• ideally, you have experience in the field of public administration
• you are business fluent in written and spoken German
• you have a valid work permit
