• You will operate and monitor building services systems, particularly measurement, control and regulation technology (MSR)
• You receive reports of faults in building services systems, track them and ensure they are rectified promptly
• You ensure that building services systems and equipment remain in a state of constant operational readiness
• You check and maintain the interfaces between the systems and the building management system
• You ensure compliance with applicable safety and accident prevention regulations in all activities

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electrician (m/f/d), an electronics technician for building and infrastructure systems (m/f/d) or an electronics technician for energy and building services (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will have experience in the field of measurement and control technology or building services engineering
• You are naturally confident in handling building services systems and their interfaces with building management systems
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold a valid work permit
• You impress with your teamwork and communication skills
• You are characterised by an independent and responsible approach to your work
