• You will be responsible for carrying out visual inspections and functional tests of electrical installations in the low-voltage and on-site power supply sectors, whilst complying with all safety standards
• In addition, you will be responsible for thoroughly inspecting all installations and assisting with the commissioning of heating, air-conditioning and smoke extraction systems
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professional integration of new building services components into the control systems, as well as their regular and meticulous functional checks during ongoing operations
• Carrying out visual and leak tests in the field of plumbing and drainage systems is also part of your varied daily tasks
• As part of your role, you will support the seamless integration of all utility components into existing building systems in accordance with internal guidelines
• Furthermore, you will assist with the professional acceptance testing of building services components and the professional maintenance of all existing sanitary facilities directly on site
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is carried out in a controlled manner and that the specified quality standards are adhered to throughout the entire project

• You have successfully completed further training as a Building Services Technician (m/f/d) as well as an apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or as a plant mechanic (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ professional experience in the building services engineering project environment, supervising the implementation of projects in the fields of construction, industry or energy plants
• Your in-depth knowledge of relevant standards such as DIN 18012, as well as VDE and VDI guidelines, sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have native-level written and spoken German to ensure consistently reliable and precise coordination within the team
• Furthermore, you possess a high degree of organisational skill and strong communication skills for coordinating various trades and external partners
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
