• You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, upkeep, repair and refurbishment of technical building services (TGA, technical gas supply)
• You will be responsible for ensuring that operational obligations are met and for implementing TGA projects
• You will be entrusted with providing professional advice to our clients, developing concepts and alternative solutions, and liaising with building owners and users
• Managing individual or complete building automation projects falls within your area of responsibility
• You will carry out the project planning, tendering and planning of building automation and building management systems
• You will also be responsible for planning building automation systems in large-scale projects

• You hold a degree in power engineering or electrical engineering, or a comparable engineering degree, or an equivalent master craftsman’s or technician’s qualification
• You can demonstrate several years’ professional experience (usually > 5 years) in relevant consultancy and planning
• analytical and conceptual thinking comes naturally to you
• You have sound CAD skills
• Your understanding of technically complex interrelationships throughout the HOAI planning processes is an asset
• You impress with your enthusiasm for solution-oriented and communicative teamwork
