• You will be responsible for providing expert support to the site managers in charge, assisting with the comprehensive management of projects and the day-to-day running of all on-site construction operations
• You will also be responsible for continuous quality monitoring and the ongoing optimisation of all processes on our client’s building construction projects
• Furthermore, you will oversee the technical induction and supervision of the foremen, skilled workers and all tradespeople involved on site
• Ensuring full compliance with all health and safety regulations is also part of your daily duties in this varied role
• As part of your role, you will facilitate close coordination between the relevant site managers, subcontractors and the relevant local authorities
• Furthermore, you will support the accurate documentation of daily construction progress and actively contribute to ensuring that all construction projects remain on schedule
• Finally, you will be responsible for targeted coordination with clients and subcontractors to achieve a consistently high standard of workmanship in the construction project

• You have successfully completed further training to become a master craftsman (m/f/d) as well as an apprenticeship as a bricklayer (m/f/d), concrete worker (m/f/d) or civil engineering technician (m/f/d)
• you also have at least three years’ sound professional experience in practical site management or as a foreman, applying the German Building Code
• You stand out thanks to your confident use of common IT applications such as Microsoft Office and your sound understanding of the relevant building regulations
• You stand out thanks to your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as your excellent communication skills on site
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of assertiveness, resilience and a strong ability to deal effectively with all business partners
• Finally, you are completely reliable, always work in a structured manner and, ideally, hold a valid Class B driving licence for upcoming business journeys
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
