Your responsibilities

You will plan, carry out and monitor maintenance work, primarily in the fields of plumbing, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, either in-house or with external support. You will work independently on the planning, preparation, selection of suppliers and supervision of the execution of new-buildor refurbishment projects relating to technical building services for our plants in Bamberg. You will be involved in monitoring project progress with regard to compliance with technical specifications, as well as deadlines and costs. You will help to restructure and set up a comprehensive building management system and ensure the trouble-free operation of the in-house. You will also contribute to energy management, for example in the planning and selection of energy-efficient building systems or in consumption control and monitoring. You will assist with budget and investment planning in the field of building services
