• You will carry out work and tasks in the areas of HVAC and building services independently
• You will monitor the overall condition of the properties under your care and regularly inspect buildings and technical installations
• You will carry out repair and maintenance work reliably
• You will carefully document faults and defects
• You will communicate with tenants in a service-oriented manner

• You have technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) specialising in HVAC, or a comparable qualification with further training as a building services engineer (m/f/d)
• You are characterised by sound technical knowledge and manual dexterity
• You have already gained experience in the technical maintenance of properties within facility management
• You have German language skills at B2 level and a valid work permit
• Ideally, you hold a Class B driving licence
