• You carry out maintenance and repair work reliably
• You carry out minor repairs and general maintenance independently
• You operate, check and monitor the building services systems carefully
• You actively assist with the coordination, supervision and performance monitoring of external contractors
• Mobile caretaker and service duties are also part of your remit

• You have completed an apprenticeship in the electrical sector, e.g. as an electrical engineer (m/f/d), service technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d)
• you possess up-to-date specialist electrical knowledge
• you are characterised by manual dexterity, technical understanding and a good grasp of technical concepts
• You have a basic knowledge of MS Office
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• You also hold a driving licence and have the necessary mobility
