• You will be responsible for carrying out regular inspections, servicing and professional upkeep of all building services systems at the property under your care
• you will carry out the independent rectification of faults in heating, ventilation and plumbing systems reliably and proactively
• You will manage and supervise external service providers during maintenance work and carefully inspect the quality of their trade work
• You will conscientiously document all inspections and repairs carried out directly in the digital system
• You will optimise the settings of the building services systems to achieve a sustainable reduction in the property’s energy and operating costs
• Your duties will include providing active support with general trade-related tasks and any relocation work required within the building

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a plant mechanic (m/f/d), Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) and, where applicable, have undertaken further training in this field
• you also have sound professional experience in operational building services or technical facility management
• Your written and spoken German is at a good to very good level
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of customer focus, flexibility and reliability to ensure the smooth running of the premises
• Finally, you are a strong team player, highly organised and work completely independently in your day-to-day role
• To take on this position of responsibility, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
