• You will provide comprehensive advice and support to members and business customers on all matters relating to finance and banking services
• As the main point of contact, you will support the customers assigned to you with all their financial matters
• You will systematically analyse existing client relationships and continuously develop them further
• You will actively recruit new members and business clients, thereby expanding your client base
• You will devise bespoke financing solutions and banking services tailored to individual needs
• You will conduct client meetings, negotiate terms and successfully close deals
• You will identify and assess the business models and financing requirements of your business clients through face-to-face discussions
• You prepare loan applications, check the documentation and process them using standard banking software
• You carefully document customer data, the content of meetings and contractual documents in the system

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d), savings bank clerk (m/f/d) or insurance and financial investments clerk (m/f/d)
• You have already gained relevant professional experience in customer service
• You demonstrate a consistent interest in the business models of commercial customers
• You have sound IT skills and are confident using standard banking applications and MS Office
• Good written and spoken German are part of your profile
• You have a strong affinity for the lending and services business
• You impress with your professional demeanour, strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• You make decisions confidently and independently
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
