You will be responsible for handling commercial property financing matters in collaboration with senior management, partner banks and the capital markets. You will also build and maintain a network of banks and lenders:You will also carry out project analyses and evaluate financial data. Furthermore, you will draft and review loan agreements and conduct contract negotiations. You will also be responsible for reporting to both external and internal recipients. Last but not least, you will undertake tasks in the area of controlling

• You have completed a vocational training programme or a degree in a commercial field, such as banking (m/f/d), banking and business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in the finance sector, as well as experience with commercial loan agreements, would be an advantage
• You have a strong command of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
• Good written and spoken German, as well as a good command of English, are assets
• A proactive and structured approach to work, negotiation experience, strong communication skills and the ability to familiarise yourself with new subject areas round off your profile
• last but not least, you are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
