• You will be responsible for developing flavours and recipes for meat and sausage products in the laboratory
• Using the carrier materials developed, you will produce samples for presentation and evaluation purposes
• You will also further develop existing recipes in terms of taste, texture and aroma
• Your responsibilities will also include evaluating and tasting the samples produced, in collaboration with internal specialist departments or customers
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting the developed recipes and the test results
• Your remit is rounded off by close collaboration with the Application Technology, Sensory Analysis and Quality Assurance departments

• a completed apprenticeship, e.g. as a butcher (m/f/d), ideally with a master butcher’s qualification,
• experience in recipe or product development would be an advantage
• your in-depth knowledge of meat and sausage production is a strong point
• Accurate and reliable documentation is second nature to you
• Proficiency in German and a valid work permit are part of your profile
• You are characterised by a meticulous approach to your work
