• You will be responsible for the independent procurement of goods and services
• You will monitor suppliers for the assigned plants and ensure availability in terms of quantity and on time according to requirements
• You will obtain quotations, negotiate prices and conditions and carry out supplier evaluations
• Continuously optimise the selection of suppliers and follow up on outstanding orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Reduce procurement costs through target-oriented price negotiations and evaluate internal and external delivery processes

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d), ideally supplemented by a qualification as a specialist in purchasing and logistics (m/f/d), a degree in the commercial field or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in purchasing, ideally in an industrial company
• SAP knowledge is an advantage for you
• You have a car driving licence
• You have a good understanding of numbers
