• You will be responsible for the global strategic procurement of components for sensor manufacturing and the associated services
• In addition, you will systematically establish, qualify and develop international supplier relationships, taking into account costs, quality, delivery reliability and sustainability
• In doing so, you will confidently lead price and contract negotiations and see them through to the successful conclusion of the contract
• Furthermore, you will work closely with the Product Development, Quality, Operational Procurement and other internal stakeholders throughout the entire product life cycle
• Furthermore, you will identify and realise potential for cost optimisation and value enhancement, for example through design-to-cost approaches, benchmarking or appropriate sourcing strategies
• You will also draw up and maintain legally compliant procurement documents such as purchase orders and framework agreements, and ensure high data quality in the ERP system
• Furthermore, you will analyse existing procurement processes and structures and actively drive their continuous optimisation

• You have successfully completed a technical or business degree or hold a comparable qualification, for example as an Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Specialist (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ professional experience in the international procurement of technical industrial products, ideally within the automotive sector
• You have practical experience of working with ERP systems
• Very good written and spoken German and English are an advantage
• Furthermore, you are willing to travel and hold a driving licence
• You are characterised by your strong cost awareness and your good understanding of technical components and production processes
• You also impress with your negotiating skills, assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking and a confident, professional manner. An independent, structured and goal-oriented approach to work, together with a high degree of personal responsibility, round off your profile
