You are responsible for the procurement of all direct raw materials and other production-related goods; you also develop and implement supplier, bundling and market strategies for defined product groups. You will conduct price and contract negotiations, and you will also implement targets for the continuous optimisation of supply chains in terms of costs, liquidity, quality, logistics and communication, with a view to reconciling the requirements of suppliers and internal demand units. You will implement specified procurement strategies; you will be responsible for developing and implementing all necessary parameters to ensure smooth operational procurement. You will also prepare for and conduct negotiations; last but not least, you will play an ongoing role in

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and possess a good understanding of technical matters
• You also have relevant professional experience in procurement, preferably in direct procurement within an industrial company
• You excel at negotiation
• You have very good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably IFS, as well as MS Office
• Very good command of German and English is an asset
