You will be responsible for placing and processing orders on a daily basis. You will also request quotations and make decisions regarding these. Furthermore, you will coordinate and manage the procurement process in consultation with internal and external partners:Furthermore, you will monitor deadlines within the procurement process; you will also maintain existing supplier relationships; last but not least, you will periodically analyse the procurement markets and identify alternative sources of supply; in addition, you will carry out quality checks on purchases

• You have successfully completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship specialising in procurement
• Practical experience, preferably in the furniture manufacturing sector, is desirable
• You are characterised by your confident command of IT systems such as ERP systems and MS Office in a purchasing role
• Good written and spoken German, as well as desirable good English skills, are to your advantage
• Negotiation and organisational skills, a confident manner when dealing with suppliers, and a cooperative approach to working in a team round off your profile
• last but not least, you are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
