• You will be responsible for the professional selection and targeted management of all regional tradespeople and technical service providers
• You will also be responsible for negotiating legally compliant service-level agreements for maintenance, cleaning and security
• You will also ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and relevant fire safety and DGUV guidelines when outsourcing work
• Central coordination between senior management, technical facility management, production and external partners
• As part of your role, you will support the implementation of new methods and modern tools to continuously optimise procurement processes
• Furthermore, you will support the operational management and strategic direction of forward-looking projects across the entire field of technical facility management
• Finally, you will be responsible for the detailed analysis of current procurement markets as well as structured and sustainable supplier management for our client

• You have completed further commercial training to become a business administrator (m/f/d) alongside an apprenticeship as a plant mechanic (m/f/d) or electronics technician (m/f/d) or a degree in Facility Management
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in the operational procurement of complex construction works or technical services in an industrial environment
• Your sound knowledge of professional contract management, legally compliant contract drafting, strategic project management and supplier evaluation
• You stand out thanks to your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as your business-fluent English for international communication
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of strong negotiating skills, a confident manner and excellent communication and teamwork skills to this role
• Finally, you are characterised by a strong drive to shape things, you demonstrate a great deal of initiative and impress with a structured, goal-oriented approach to your work
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
