• In your role, you will be responsible for technical collaboration in global customer projects within an interdisciplinary team consisting of design, sales, software development and partners
• The professional translation of complex project requirements into meaningful and transparently comparable tender documents for external partners and suppliers is entirely in your hands
• You take over the detailed evaluation of incoming offers and ensure optimal comparability for the final award decision in the company through your structured analyses
• The targeted purchase of manufacturing services, assembly material as well as auxiliary and consumable materials is proactively managed by you and handled in a commercially secure manner until project completion
• You develop effective quality management for delivery and execution and continuously expand your resilient partner and supplier network at national level
• Negotiating favourable conditions and complex payment terms in the contracts is also part of your versatile and responsible area of responsibility in the project business

• Successfully completed training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), merchant for wholesale and foreign trade management (m/f/d) or technical merchant (m/f/d) including your specialist further training as a business administrator
• Founded professional experience of at least five years in strategic or operational purchasing has ideally been successfully acquired for you in a manufacturing company in mechanical engineering
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially in the professional use of Excel for complex calculations as well as Word and PowerPoint
• German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as fluent English skills are mandatory for your daily communication with all project participants
