• You take over the complete order processing and obtain quotations, check them and compare them with each other
• You coordinate quality requirements and designs directly with the suppliers
• You carefully prepare documents for larger deals
• You create reliable and structured analyses
• You closely monitor delivery dates and maintain an overview
• You also manage the capacity planning of suppliers and service providers, for example subcontractors, are also part of your area of responsibility

• You have completed commercial training, for example as an industrial clerk, or a degree in business administration, industrial engineering or supply chain management
• With ERP systems, especially SAP, and have a sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• You have a good understanding of contract law, general terms and conditions, Incoterms and payment terms
• You are confident in using written and spoken English in international trade
