• You will be responsible for the calculation of TFMservices including materials and operating resources for customer projects on the basis of comprehensive service specifications, taking into account internal quality requirements
• In addition, you will be responsible for market analyses and technical and commercial evaluations of technical facility management projects to ensure competitive pricing
• Furthermore, you will be responsible for the analysis and economic evaluation of bid risks and the identification of optimisation potential within the calculation processes for new customer orders

• You have a degree in engineering specialising in facility management, mechanical or electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification with a corresponding technical focus
• In addition, you have sound professional experience in the field of technical facility management as well as essential practical experience in the calculation of complex maintenance services for building technology
• You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office applications, in particular a very high level of expertise in Excel and PowerPoint, are what make you particularly suitable for this challenging position
• You have a native level of written and spoken German and a good command of English for communication within our client's Europe-wide operational units
