• You will calculate TFM services, including materials and operating resources, for client projects based on comprehensive specifications
• You will independently carry out market analyses as well as technical and commercial assessments of projects in technical building management
• You analyse and assess tender risks from a financial perspective
• You obtain quotes from subcontractors and select suitable suppliers
• You prepare pre-qualification and tender documents for client projects
• You will set up benchmark databases and maintain them on an ongoing basis
• Working closely with technical experts and project managers, you will prepare tender information for the specialist departments
• You check specifications for completeness and plausibility and derive costing bases from them
• Where necessary, you liaise with internal and external contacts on technical and commercial issues

• a completed technical apprenticeship as a mechatronics technician specialising in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing (m/f/d), electrician (m/f/d) or instrumentation and control technician (m/f/d); alternatively, a degree in engineering in the field of facility management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable discipline
• You have relevant professional experience in technical facility management as well as in the costing of maintenance services in the fields of building services and industry
• You must have sound IT skills and be proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are characterised by strong analytical skills, the ability to work well in a team and a structured approach to your work
