• You will be responsible for carrying out cost calculations and preparing tenders for complex track construction projects, working in close collaboration with the entire technical procurement team and the site management team
• You will also be responsible for reviewing, evaluation and detailed analysis of all incoming tender documents, as well as carrying out necessary site visits directly on site
• Furthermore, you will oversee the preparation of precise specifications and actively support strategic procurement in negotiations with various suppliers
• Your responsibilities also include ongoing involvement in the systematic selection of projects and the targeted acquisition of new construction projects
• As part of your role, you will provide comprehensive support to the project team throughout all phases of construction and play a key role in the successful execution of the construction works
• Furthermore, you will actively assist with the professional drafting of contract amendments, as well as the subsequent preparation and conduct of upcoming negotiations on these amendments with clients
• Finally, you will be responsible for the careful maintenance of all relevant costing data, as well as sustainable supplier management to ensure the continuous optimisation of our internal work processes

• You have a degree in civil engineering or have completed an apprenticeship as a track layer (m/f/d) or construction technician (m/f/d)
• You also have solid practical professional experience in the areas of construction cost estimation, procurement or site management
• Your confident use of industry-standard software such as BRZ, RIB iTWO or RIB 4.0, are a particular strength in your day-to-day work
• You have excellent command of German, both spoken and written, at a native level, as well as a good basic understanding of public procurement and contract law
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high degree of independent and meticulous working practices, a strong sense of responsibility and a confident manner
• Finally, you are a true team player, demonstrate a strong willingness to undertake personal development and always work in a structured and results-oriented manner
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
