- You will be responsible for the commercial and technical management of road construction and civil engineering projects
- Working closely with the site management team, you will oversee the projects throughout their entire duration
- From work planning right through to the final settlement, you will be closely involved in the construction projects
- You will draw up quantity surveys and carry out volume calculations
- You will prepare verifiable documentation for construction work carried out and settle the accounts
- You will prepare interim and final invoices independently
- You will support the team in drawing up and processing contract amendments
- You carry out target-actual comparisons and identify deviations at an early stage
- You check and evaluate bills of quantities
- You ensure that construction projects are documented accurately and transparently
Requirements
- You have successfully completed vocational training as a technician (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you will have knowledge of a costing and invoicing programme as well as drawing programmes
- You are confident in using standard MSOffice applications
- You also hold a Class B driving licence
