• You carefully review the tender documents and analyse all relevant requirements for the offer and execution phase
• Together with customers, planners and partners, you actively participate in the preparation of the offer and the progress of the project and are available as a competent contact person
• You prepare well-founded cost estimates, using key construction figures and your own experience as a basis for a realistic calculation
• You determine the service quantities and the construction target, determine the calculation bases and create meaningful service specifications
• with creative special proposals and customised solutions, you set the tone and create the offer including a cover letter for the customer
• in the event of an order, you forward the calculation to the project team and hand over all relevant documents, checklists, key figures and reference values
• Until the project is handed over, you will accompany the project team and provide support in the areas of costing and quotation management

• You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering and have sound industry knowledge
• Experience in technical processing, as a construction estimator or in tendering is part of your previous activities, ideally supplemented by practical experience in the construction management of shell and/or turnkey construction projects
• VOB knowledge is a matter of course for you and you are also familiar with the commercial basics in the construction sector
• You feel confident in using IT, MS Office and modern calculation software; You are familiar with construction project and calculation programmes
• Your German language skills meet negotiation standards in written and spoken form
• Customer and service-oriented work is a matter of course for you; you are also characterised by your ability to work in a team, independent working style, sense of responsibility and commitment
