Your responsibilities

• you will carry out telephone-based acquisition of new customers in the hygiene products sector
• You will advise customers over the phone on gloves, disinfectants and other hygiene products
• You will draw up suitable quotations based on each customer’s specific needs

What we’re looking for

• Ideally, you will have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• Experience in telephone acquisition or telephone sales would be an advantage
• Handling data securely is second nature to you
• You have a confident, friendly manner on the telephone and excellent communication skills
• You are known for your meticulous and structured approach to work
